Miniature Velociraptor Fossil with Openlock Base

Imagine your adventuring party goes into the caves in search of artifacts and discover a skeleton of some size. This is a miniature velociraptor skeleton placed on a 3x4 inch base with openlock attachments. This is not just a painted skeleton on a dirt floor. There is depth to the bones, allowing for easy painting and getting that 3-D fossil effect. Maybe the group comes across an evil necromancer who is able to create dinosaur skeletons?
