Star Wars Legion Docking Bay / Lift - Infinity Mirror
STAR WARS LEGION DOCKING BAY / LIFT - INFINITY MIRROR Hello all, We would like to give you a short tutorial on how we built our lift or docking bay as an Infinity Mirror for Star Wars Legion. You will need: - Diffusion plate or foil - Plexiglas plate - Mirror foil - Base plate or substrate of your choice - LED lighting - I would recommend an LED strip - Printed 3D parts - Link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4983317 Steps: 1. paint all 3D parts, be sure to paint the lower inner frame, otherwise it will be hidden by the plexiglass 2. cut the diffusion plates and glue them behind the holes of the lights 3. glue the LED stripes into the inner frames. 4. stick the mirror foil onto the bottom plate and the plexiglass plate 5. glue the lower inner frame onto the bottom plate with the mirror foil 6. glue the plexiglass plate with the mirror foil onto the lower inner frame 7. glue the upper inner frame onto the plexiglass plate 8. attach the remaining 3D parts - done ;) Unfortunately, we don't have the time to finish the project and fix all the mistakes. Therefore, we have decided to make the current state freely available on thingiverse. --------------------------------------------------------------- Hallo zusammen, wir wollen euch hier eine kurze Anleitung geben, wie wir für Star Wars Legion unseren Lift bzw. Docking Bay als Infinity Mirror gebaut haben. Ihr benötigt hierzu: - Diffusion Platte oder Folie - Plexiglasplatte - Spiegelfolie - Bodenplatte oder Untergrund euerer Wahl - LED Beleuchtung ich würde jetzt einen LED-Stripes empfehlen - Gedruckte 3D Teile - Link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4983317 Schritte: 1. Alle 3D Teile bemalen, auf jeden Fall sollte der untere innere Rahmen bemalen, da er sonst vom Plexiglas verdeckt wird 2. Die Diffusion Platten zurecht scheiden und hinter die Löcher der Lichter kleben 3. LED Stripe in die inneren Rahmen kleben 4. Auf Bodenplatte und Plexiglasplatte die Spiegelfolie
