iron man mark 42 arm
this is the mark 42/43 iron man arm. I have cut some of the parts like the front of the arm half for a hinge. I used supports no matter what. https://www.therpf.com/forums/threads/my-mk-42-build-new-stl-files-for-upper-arm-section.166141/ I did not make the files I found them off the internet and the original creator of the files is Abb_eliten I'm not trying to steal anything or give my self credit to it all I just fund them and I thought it would be a great idea to share it here is a link for some hands https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3507482 UPDATE: 3/18/21. I have begun printing the files, i know its been a while but i have been busy with other projects and working on school, but when finished i will make instructions on how to assemble parts. I am a bigger man and had to scale forearm and hand parts to 115% and working on the bicep. I may need to scale the bicep to 120. remember body parts are different so you will be doing some test on prints for fitting. when printing the arm, i recommend sizing it bigger to 115 for room for foam and electronics. i am putting small laser diodes in the arm and running a bright led in the hand and with that there should be plenty of room in the arm for a controller and battery pack. I am still currently in the process of a big project and will post makes of the arm when done and the instructions, but in the mean time be careful printing some parts because some of the parts have built supports in them but are almost impossible to remove so i recommend printing on a big printer, or cutting parts. happy printing!
