Creality CR10 S5 to CoreXY (CrusaXY HB1)
Creality CR10 S5 -> CrusaXY HB1 = **UPDATE LOG** *There will be little to no updates for this version of the machine as of 8/24/2020. The updated design (HB2) may be posted at a later date if enough love and support is shown, this project has been done out of enjoyment, but to continue sharing my work I would appreciate financial incentives and donations for purchasing of better hardware/equipment.* ___ **8/24/2020** - *Many files have been removed from the thing files section.* - IF YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED, PRINTED, AND ASSEMBLED files posted prior to 8/24/2020 I have included a .zip folder with ALL of the files posted prior to this date. Refer to these files if your build was completed before 8/24/2020. The updated files relating to all axes (XYZU) contain different dimensions from the previous iteration and can be found under the thing files page. Related parts should be printed together (i.e. all pertinent XYU parts, all pertinent Z). - *You ask and you shall receive;* - I have decided to attach the complete SOLIDWORKS, STEP, and IGES assemblies for your pleasure. Do as you wish with these files, but as always, please be respectful as I have spent many hours on this project and do not use them for your own financial gain or intellectual property. This is an open source project, and needs additional help from the community to progress further. - *Removal of endstop mounts* - The updated version assumes you are using a 32-bit motherboard capable of sensorless homing, although I recommend using a homing switch on the main extruder to increase accuracy. - *Temporary removal of non-IDEX parts* - a separate link will be created. - *Improved belt routing* - Moved the belt by a few mm's, providing more clearance for the extruders and lower likelihood of premature wear due to belts rubbing. - *Bed Support Brackets* - Fixed the mounting holes so they align with the threaded holes on the 3015 aluminum extrusions. - *Fixe
