This clip is designed to replace a broken one from an Audi A4 Avant B6 model (my vehicle, may fit others), warning triangle flap on the boot lid. There are a few designs for the inner lug that breaks on Thingiverse but I didn't find this part which I was in need of. Hopefully this creation will help others too.
